Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in housing litigation and housing management matters.
• Experience with anti-social behaviour injunctions, possession proceedings and tenancy enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of housing law, legislation and court procedures.
• Commercially minded with practical, solutions-focused advice.
• Excellent communication; able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of housing management matters, including anti-social behaviour litigation.
• Advise internal stakeholders on tenancy enforcement and possession proceedings.
• Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Provide proactive legal guidance to operations to minimise risk and ensure compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures and best practice across housing management.
