Brabners is recruiting a Solicitor (0-5 PQE) for its Housing team in Manchester, with occasional cross-office work. You'll handle a varied caseload for Registered Providers, including anti-social behaviour, possession and housing management matters, with supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing litigation or social housing law preferred.
• Exposure to a varied caseload with contentions work is desirable.
• Willingness to develop advocacy skills and attend court hearings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of housing litigation for Registered Providers.
• Advise on and progress anti-social behaviour, possession and housing management cases.
• Attend court hearings and undertake advocacy where appropriate; draft pleadings and statements.
• Provide clear, practical, commercial advice and build strong client relationships.
