O2 Business is seeking a Legal Counsel reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel. You will deliver commercially focused, accurate and timely legal advice across a broad range of B2B matters, owning contracts and workstreams while escalating high-risk issues as needed.

The role emphasizes proactive collaboration with stakeholders, pragmatic guidance, and governance support to enable efficient execution of commercial contracts.

Competenze

• Experienced commercial contracts lawyer with demonstrable legal and commercial expertise (in-house experience preferred).
• Practicing solicitor or barrister (England and Wales).
• Commercially minded legal professional who balances risk vs. business objectives.
