Job summary

O2 Business is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide commercially focused, accurate and timely legal advice across a range of B2B matters. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will own contract workstreams, draft and negotiate a variety of customer and supplier agreements, and support governance processes.

The role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders, clear communication of legal risks, and the ability to balance risk with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial/B2B contracts.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for a broad range of commercial legal matters with risk assessment.
• Lead negotiation and drafting of B2B contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Draft and maintain standard customer-facing terms and conditions.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders.
• Support contract management and governance processes.
• Escalate high-risk or strategically significant issues as needed.
• Share knowledge and develop standards within the legal team.
