O2 Business, formerly Daisy, is hiring a Legal Counsel to join the in-house legal team. You will provide commercially focused, accurate legal advice on B2B matters, own contracts and workstreams, and escalate high-risk issues as needed. This role offers exposure to customer and supplier contracts within a fast-paced telecoms environment.

Salary up to £75,000 depending on experience, with standard hours Mon-Fri 08:30-17:30. A proactive, collaborative lawyer who can engage stakeholders will thrive.

Competenze

• Experience as a commercial contracts lawyer (in-house experience preferred).
• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation skills across commercial and B2B contracts.
• Ability to balance legal risk against business objectives in a practical way.
• Excellent communication with non-legal stakeholders.

• Negotiate and draft B2B contracts with customers and suppliers.
