Job summary

Daisy, a leading UK telecoms group, is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join the O2 Business legal team. You will handle a broad range of B2B contracts, draft standard terms, and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to stakeholders across the business.

The role supports enterprise customers, suppliers, and internal teams from multiple UK locations. Experience in-house, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to balance risk with commercial objectives are essential.

Qualifications

• In-house experience with commercial contracts is preferred.
• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate B2B agreements.
• Strong communication skills with non-legal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft B2B contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Draft and maintain standard customer-facing terms and conditions.
• Advise stakeholders on disputes and risk mitigation.
• Manage contract governance and relationships with business units.
• Support contract management processes and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments affecting the business.
