Job summary

O2 Business is seeking a commercially focused Legal Counsel to provide accurate, timely legal advice on a broad range of B2B matters. The role develops and drafts contracts, supports contract management, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk while enabling business objectives.

Responsibilities include negotiating customer and supplier contracts, maintaining standard term sheets, and advising on disputes.

Qualifications

• Ability to draft and negotiate B2B contracts.
• Balance legal risks with business objectives.
• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for a broad range of commercial legal matters, identifying risk, escalating as appropriate, recommending mitigation and implementing solutions.
• Negotiation and drafting of various B2B contracts (customers and suppliers).
• Drafting and maintenance of standard customer-facing product and service terms and conditions.
• Drafting settlement agreements and advising business stakeholders on dispute resolution.
• Manage relationships and business partnering with stakeholders.
• Proactively supports contract management function.
• Lead by example, develop standards and practices for the function.
