O2 Business is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel in Leeds to provide accurate, timely and pragmatic B2B advice across a broad range of commercial matters. You will own contracts and workstreams, escalate high-risk issues, and support governance and sign-off processes while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.

Responsabilités

• Negotiation and drafting of various B2B contracts (customers and suppliers).
• Drafting and maintenance of standard customer-facing product and service terms and conditions.
• Advising business stakeholders on dispute resolution.
• Manage relationships and business partnering with stakeholders.
• Proactively supports contract management function.
• Escalation of high-risk or strategic issues as required.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and governance.
• Signing and governance processes; contract sign-off.
