Job summary

Nottinghamshire Hospice is seeking a Paramedic to join the Hospice in Your Home Team (HIYH). You’ll work in pairs to visit palliative patients at home, perform assessments, develop care plans and deliver clinical care.

Travel within Nottinghamshire Hospice referral areas is required, and you will line manage contracted Palliative Care Assistants and Bank Health Care Assistants. This newly established role offers the chance to shape paramedic contribution to hospice community services while being
