Job summary

Town and Country Homecare seeks compassionate care workers to provide person-centred in-home support across morning, afternoon, and some weekend shifts. Duties include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, and light housekeeping in clients’ homes.

Applicants should hold a valid UK driving licence, be prepared for mandatory training, and undergo an Enhanced DBS check. NVQ/QCF 2–3 desirable; DBS and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required; own car preferred.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory training including Care Certificate.
• Enhanced DBS check required and DBS cost covered.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, mobility and nutrition needs.
• Provide medication support and maintain records per policy.
• Support with light domestic tasks and community activities.
• Keep confidential care records and report safeguarding concerns promptly.
