Job summary

Town and Country Homecare seeks dedicated care workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care for clients in their own homes, aligning with personalised care plans and regulatory standards.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, and light domestic tasks while maintaining dignity and confidentiality; medication support and accurate records are essential. Flexible shifts include mornings and evenings, with sleep-ins and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to own car.
• Male and female applicants are welcome.
• Caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory training (Care Certificate).
• Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities.
• Assist with mobility and personal hygiene.
• Support with medications and keep records per policy.
• Help with light domestic tasks and shopping.
• Maintain accurate care records and report concerns.
• Follow safeguarding, GDPR, Health & Safety guidelines and professional conduct.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and sleep-ins.
