Job summary

Town and Country Homecare is seeking dedicated care workers to provide high-quality, person-centred home care across clients' homes. You will follow individual care plans, assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and medication, and maintain confidential records. Training, DBS checks, and equipment are provided by the employer.

Flexibility for shifts and weekend work is required. Role includes early mornings, evenings, and sleep-ins with competitive hourly pay and generous incentives.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care in a dignified manner
• Support mobility and use of equipment safely
• Assist with nutrition, meals, and hydration
• Administer or prompt medication per care plan
• Keep accurate care records and report concerns
• Follow safeguarding, GDPR and health and safety rules
• Maintain professional boundaries and empathy

Education

NVQ / QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care

Care Certificate (mandatory training)
