Job summary

Cera Care Ltd is seeking Support Workers for Handforth and nearby areas to help vulnerable individuals maintain independence at home and in the community. You will assist with daily routines, accompany clients to activities, and support with college tasks as needed.

No prior experience required; full training is provided. The role offers block shifts in supported living settings, open to drivers and non-drivers, with opportunities to earn NVQ levels 2 or 3 through work-based learning.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Help with everyday tasks at home and in the community to support independence and social life.
• Assist with admin tasks and accompany clients to social events and college when needed.
