Job summary

Cera Care is hiring Support Workers in Handforth and surrounding areas to help vulnerable individuals live independently at home and in the community. You may assist with daily tasks, accompany clients to social activities, and support them at college where applicable.

No prior experience is required and full training is provided. There is an opportunity to gain NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning and to progress in the role.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help with admin tasks for clients at home and in the community, enabling independence.
• Join clients at social events and college activities to support engagement.
• Support with routines and everyday tasks, helping clients stay connected with family and friends.
