Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a female client in the Eryrys area near Mold. You will provide personal care, assist with medications, and help with domestic tasks in the client’s home and in the community.

You must be a driver with an automatic licence. The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, reliability, and willingness to work weekends. A zero-hours contract offering regular shifts with a supportive team is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care.
• Driver with automatic licence preferred.
• Flexible to weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with medication as needed.
• Move and handle client safely.
• Complete domestic tasks in the home.
• Drive to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
• Spend time with client and engage in community outings.
