Job summary

Cera Care is hiring Support Workers to help vulnerable individuals live more independently at home and in the community. You will support routines, accompany clients to social activities, and assist with everyday tasks, both at home and out in the community.

We value friendly, patient individuals who can build strong relationships. There is potential to pursue NVQ Level 2 or 3 through work-based learning and build a rewarding career with ongoing progression.

We're hiring Support Workers in Handforth and nearby areas. At Cera, you'll play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals by offering care and support tailored to their needs. You'll help someone with everyday tasks-both at home and out in the community-so they can live more independently and enjoy a fuller social life. This could include helping with admin, joining them at social events, or supporting them at college., We're looking for people who can help others live safely and independently in their own homes. What matters most is your personality: being friendly, patient, and able to build strong relationships. You'll be part of their daily life, supporting with everything from routines to social outings, and encouraging them to connect with friends and family.
