Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a Support Worker in the Inverness area. The role involves supporting male clients with physical or learning disabilities, helping with daily activities at home and in the community to promote independence and sociability.

Shifts are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, 30 hours per week guaranteed; drivers only. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care available via work-based learning, with opportunities for progression. Full training is provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care offered via work-based learning; progression opportunities.
• No experience required; full training provided.
• Drivers only for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently in their own homes and promote a safe, healthy environment.
• Assist with day-to-day activities inside and outside the home and accompany clients to activities and social events.
• Encourage social networks and interactions with families and friends.
