IMS Coordinator – Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety in Harlow, Essex. This role focuses on supporting and continually improving an Integrated Management System covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, not merely document control.

You will work closely with manufacturing teams to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions, audits, data reporting and ongoing system enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manufacturing or production
• Experience supporting a Quality Management System
• ISO 9001 knowledge
• Experience with internal auditing, CAPA, non-conformance management, document control or continuous improvement
• Attention to detail and good communication across departments

Aufgaben

• Assist development of an Integrated Management System.
• Help integrate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Maintain controlled quality documentation and records.
• Carry out internal audits and document findings.
• Support root-cause investigations and CAPA activities.
• Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions and manage non-conformances.
• Monitor CAPA completion and effectiveness and analyze quality data.
