Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards in a manufacturing setting near Harlow, Essex.

You'll work with production teams to investigate issues, drive corrective actions, conduct internal audits, and help integrate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. This role is not just document control but a hands-on role improving systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or production.
• Experience supporting a Quality Management System.
• ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Experience with internal auditing, CAPA, non-conformance management, document control, continuous improvement or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of an Integrated Management System.
• Help integrate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Maintain controlled quality documentation.
• Manage procedures, work instructions, policies and records.
• Carry out internal audits.
• Document audit findings.
• Support root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Manage non-conformances.
• Monitor CAPA completion and effectiveness.
• Analyze quality-performance data.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with risk assessments and inspections.
• Support employee quality and compliance training.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve systems and processes.

Are you experienced with ISO 9001, Quality Systems, Internal Auditing or Integrated Management Systems within manufacturing?

We are recruiting for an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards.

Importantly, this is not simply a document-control position.

You will work directly with manufacturing and operational teams, helping investigate problems, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

The Role

• Support the development of an Integrated Management System
