Job summary

IMS Ltd in Harlow, Essex is seeking an experienced IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve our Integrated Management System across Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards. You will work with manufacturing and operations teams to investigate issues, drive root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions, not merely document control.

The role focuses on real process improvements, audits, CAPA management and cross-functional collaboration to raise standards

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or production.
• Experience supporting a Quality Management System.
• ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Experience with internal auditing, CAPA or non-conformance management.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of an Integrated Management System.
• Help integrate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Maintain controlled quality documentation.
• Manage procedures, work instructions, policies and records.
• Carry out internal audits.
• Document audit findings.
• Support root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Manage non-conformances.
• Monitor CAPA completion and effectiveness.
• Analyse quality-performance data.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with risk assessments and inspections.
• Support employee quality and compliance training.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve systems and processes.

Are you experienced with ISO 9001, Quality Systems, Internal Auditing or Integrated Management Systems within manufacturing?

We are recruiting for an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards.

Importantly, this is not simply a document-control position.

You will work directly with manufacturing and operational teams, helping investigate problems, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

The Role
