Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards. The role sits in Harlow and involves more than document control.

You will work with manufacturing and operations teams to investigate issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions across ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or production.
• Experience supporting a Quality Management System.
• ISO 9001 knowledge and related quality practices.
• Experience with internal auditing, CAPA and non-conformance management.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-department collaboration.
• Good communication and data-reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of an Integrated Management System.
• Help integrate ISO 9001/14001/45001 systems.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
• Manage procedures, work instructions and policies.
• Carry out internal audits and document findings.
• Support root-cause investigations and CAPA actions.
• Coordinate non-conformances and track resolution.
• Monitor CAPA completion and effectiveness.
• Analyse quality-performance data and identify trends.
• Assist with risk assessments and inspections.

Are you experienced with ISO 9001, Quality Systems, Internal Auditing or Integrated Management Systems within manufacturing?

We are recruiting for an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards.

Importantly, this is not simply a document-control position.

You will work directly with manufacturing and operational teams, helping investigate problems, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

The Role

• Support the development of an Integrated Management System
• Help integrate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems
• Maintain controlled quality documentation
• Manage procedures, work instructions, policies and records
• Carry out internal audits
• Document audit findings
• Support root-cause investigations
• Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions
• Manage non-conformances
• Monitor CAPA completion and effectiveness
• Analyse quality-performance data
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Assist with risk assessments and inspections
• Support employee quality and compliance training
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to improve systems and processes
