Job summary

BHC in Carnwath seeks an experienced Quality, Health and Safety Manager to lead and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), with a strong focus on ISO compliance and audits. You will collaborate with the Health and Safety team to maintain high standards across the business.

The role involves driving quality assurance, coordinating audits, and promoting continuous improvement across all departments, in a hands-on, site-based setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QHSE/IMS role within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 desirable.
• Experience managing internal, external, customer and ISO audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring ISO requirements are met.
• Manage the Quality Management System with focus on quality assurance and continual improvement.
• Coordinate and manage internal, external, customer and ISO audits; report and close actions.
