Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards within a manufacturing setting.

You will work with manufacturing teams to investigate problems, identify root causes and drive corrective actions; this role is more than document control.

Experience with ISO standards and internal auditing is valued, with opportunities to develop across the IMS.

Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing or production.
• Experience supporting a Quality Management System.
• ISO 9001 knowledge.
• Experience with some combination of: Internal auditing, CAPA, Non-conformance management, Document control, Continuous improvement, Quality systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office and data-reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of an Integrated Management System.
• Help integrate ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Maintain controlled quality documentation.
• Manage procedures, work instructions, policies and records.
• Carry out internal audits.

Are you experienced with ISO 9001, Quality Systems, Internal Auditing or Integrated Management Systems within manufacturing?

We are recruiting for an IMS Coordinator to support and continually improve an Integrated Management System covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards.

Importantly, this is not simply a document-control position.

You will work directly with manufacturing and operational teams, helping investigate problems, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
