Salary: £25,000 to £32,000

Start Date: ASAP

You will be joining an established Freight Forwarding Company who offer full import / export and cross-trade services via Road / Air and Sea. As an Import Export Operations Executive you should have experience in Deep Sea Freight and European Air Freight.

Scope of the role;

Import / Export operations role

Customs Knowledge preferred

Deep Sea Freight experience preferred

European Air Freight

Good knowledge of Word, Excel, use of shipping line websites

In your day to day role you will be talking to customers, shipping lines, hauliers, liaising with other staff members, reporting to line manager, dealing with imports and exports end to end, speaking with agents overseas, quoting, obtaining rates, checking schedules. Liaising with accounts to ensure correct rates in the system and using in-house software to ensure all information is added to the system.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Import Export Operations Executive, Import Export Coordinator, Customs Clerk, Import Administrator, Import Clerk, Export Clerk and be living within a commutable distance of Stafford, Rugeley, Cannock, Telford, Lichfield, Walsall or be willing to relocate.
