Job summary

Hales Group is seeking an Implementation Support Officer in Lowestoft to aid a large-scale operational improvement programme. The role focuses on coordinating resources, maintaining data accuracy in Outlook/Excel, and ensuring clear communication across teams.

The position is a temporary ongoing assignment with immediate start, full-time hours, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 to 17:00 (finish 16:30 on Fridays). £14.82 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and fast issue resolution.
  • Review, record and maintain programme data using Outlook and Excel, escalating complex queries when required.
  • Manage procurement and distribution of PPE and essential resources, maintaining accurate stock levels and supplier communication.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, operational staff, customers and members of the public to resolve queries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Prepare reports for managers and stakeholders.
  • Carry out practical and administrative tasks to support programme delivery.
  • Ensure governance, GDPR, data protection and health & safety requirements.
  • Promote organisational values and behaviours in all aspects of work.

An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Support Officer to help with the delivery of a large‑scale operational improvement programme. This role suits someone organised, adaptable and confident working across multiple teams to ensure smooth implementation, accurate record‑keeping and strong communication. You will play a key part in coordinating resources, supporting data processes and helping maintain efficient programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and fast issue resolution.
