Aareon UK is seeking a Professional Services Executive in Manchester to lead onboarding projects for customers using Fixflo and Arthur. You will coordinate configurations, training and handovers, delivering high-quality service within agreed timelines.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Professional Services, communicate clearly with customers, and build detailed project records. Salary up to £32,000 plus benefits and pension are on offer.

• Strong organisational and customer-facing communication skills.
• Confidence learning technical systems and managing tasks independently.
• A detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard onboarding projects for new customers with guidance.
• Support configuration, training and testing activities across implementations.
• Deliver high-quality service in line with agreed project scope and timelines.
• Maintain detailed project records and status updates.
• Coordinate with Senior Professional Services colleagues and the Head of Professional Services to support successful outcomes.
• Provide training and handover to Customer Success Managers and Support where needed.

You will support customer implementations, manage configuration tasks and help ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success after go-live.
