About the Role
As Software Implementation Manager, you'll lead a talented team delivering software solutions. From initial handover to go-live, you'll oversee the full customer journey-ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and with a strong focus on the customer experience.

It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety-blending project management, team coaching, and customer success into one.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from start to finish
• Lead and support your team, providing coaching and direction
• Ensure delivery stays on track and within scope
• Maintain quality and consistency across all implementations
• Balance resources, timelines, and customer expectations
• Identify risks early and ensure plans are in place to address them
• Drive a great onboarding experience for every customer
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve tools and processes

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in software delivery, SaaS, or system implementation
• Confidence managing teams and juggling multiple priorities
• A strong understanding of how businesses run
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to build great relationships
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
