Delivery Manager – £50,000 – Remote/Monthly South West meetups – 12 months FTC

The Role

You will join a talented team of experts as part of the Delivery Function – managing a portfolio of projects, delivering innovative technology solutions for clients, and guiding teams through challenges. You will work on various projects, including retained projects for private and public sector clients, enterprise application development, and CMS builds. You will help scope the company's services across different clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Senior Manager, or similar role managing multiple concurrent design and build technology projects.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and GDS standards, with hands-on experience delivering digital products in line with these practices.
• Expertise in applying Agile methodologies and project delivery tools, with a deep understanding of techniques to maximize client value.
• Strong leadership skills, motivating teams, solving problems, and delivering results, while contributing to the delivery process.
• Experience working with both public and private sector clients, familiarity with managing projects for arms-length bodies is a plus.
• Solid experience with complex CMS design and build, web design, application development, and Power Platform projects.
• Exceptional communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders and handle difficult conversations with empathy.
• Ability to adapt and manage uncertainty in rapidly changing environments, maintaining focus and delivering innovative solutions.
