What's the role about?
At the RSPB, we are committed to strengthening relationships with our supporters and delivering the highest standards of data management. The Data Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our Supporter System operations. This role will support the transition from our existing CRM system, CareNG, to Microsoft Dynamics 365, while managing third-party data providers to ensure compliance, data quality, and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for maintaining the supporting applications that facilitate the daily flow of data into and out of our supporter database, acting as the guardian of our data’s quality and accuracy.

This is a Permanent/Full-Time role for 37.5 hours per week.
