Job description

Remote working, 6 months Fixed Term Contract

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Implementation Coordinator to join the Barchester family. Barchester are on exciting journey of digital transformation, where we are heavily investing in multiple new systems across our current portfolio of 240 care homes and hospitals across the UK.

The successful Implementation Coordinator will support the implementation of specific change programmes to ensure the full adoption of new systems and processes and the delivery of the strategic goals and the agreed business outcomes of the project.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth implementation of the system
  2. Monitor and evaluate project activities and progress to identify areas for improvement
  3. Support the scheduling of team support visits and additional requests for visits
  4. Support to create and maintain up to date training guidance and comprehensive support documentation
  5. Develop close working relationships with operational and support teams to ensure improvement ideas are reviewed and implemented where appropriate
  6. Provide front line support and advice to system users within homes, hospitals and corporate functions

Experience and skills required:

  1. Have solid experience in working on projects and change programmes particularly systems implementations
  2. Have auditing, investigation, analysis skills with a high attention to detail
  3. Understanding of IT literacy and use of word/excel/PowerPoint/outlook
  4. Have good communication skills including report writing, presentation and providing feedback
  5. Plans and manages multiple and/or complex activities to meet deadlines/achieve targets
