Job Description:

Role Overview:

At MEG, we are seeking an Implementation Lead with 2 to 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in localising and configuring digital workflow solutions within UK Healthcare. The role involves remote client-facing engagements in both private and public medical environments, with potential on-site visits as needed during the project lifecycle.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, with a 1-hour lunch break, typically aligned with London time, but flexible to accommodate team coordination across regions. Overlapping working hours may be required during key implementation and support phases.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of project management or deployment lead experience, preferably within UK Healthcare.
  • Experience in localising healthcare software solutions; NHS change management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Experience in end-user education.
  • Ability to lead projects remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with leadership-level clients in healthcare.

Beneficial Requirements:

  • Background in healthcare, with clinical reporting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems.
