LeapPoint is part of Omnicom’s precision marketing division, Omnicom Precision Marketing Group (OPMG), a global network of agencies and consultancies specializing in CRM, customer experience design, marketing technology, and business consulting.

We are seeking a Programme Manager with extensive SaaS implementation experience. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leveraging your consulting expertise to deliver tailored solutions and oversee the execution of our Connected Work initiatives. Connected Work helps clients align their teams with organizational goals, communicate business value and ROI, and integrate cohesive technology ecosystems.

Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position.

As a Programme Manager at LeapPoint, your responsibilities will include:

1. Building strong client relationships, driving engagement, and identifying new growth opportunities.
2. Planning, monitoring, and executing complex programmes aligned with clients' strategic goals.
3. Managing multiple projects within a client portfolio, ensuring interdependencies are handled effectively.
4. Overseeing programme budgets to maximize value and impact.
5. Identifying and mitigating risks proactively to keep programmes on track.
6. Ensuring high standards in deliverables, meeting milestones with quality and timeliness.
7. Managing stakeholder expectations, negotiations, and problem-solving as the key communicator.

Key skills and experience include:

1. Proven project management experience across areas like Workfront, SaaS integration, AEM, or process optimization.
2. At least 2 years of programme management experience in SaaS implementations, preferably with Workfront.
3. Strong project administration skills, including maintaining detailed project plans in work management tools.
4. Applicants must be based in the UK.

Travel: This role may require approximately 10-20% travel.
