Location: South Coast (Kent, Sussex, or Hampshire - 3 offices/sites, with remote work flexibility; driving license required)
Perm/FTC: Permanent
Hours: 37 hrs, Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation Coordinator (also known as Implementation Analyst) to support projects related to Waste Water transformation portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will help manage projects aimed at increasing efficiencies and operational performance to meet expectations of Customers, Regulators, and Shareholders.
This role is part of the Wastewater Transformation team, responsible for delivering large, critical programmes over the next 5 years.
You will initially support a supplier transition for a framework worth approximately £100m annually. Long-term, you will assist in delivering systems, process, and organizational change programmes.
Proven experience in project implementation and coordination, with skills in producing high-quality reports and designing processes and training. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and minuting decisions is essential. The successful candidate will be resilient, proactive, and ready to support Southern Water during its transformation period as it moves into the new investment cycle, AMP 8.
