Job summary

Samsara in the United Kingdom is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage customer relationships post-signature and ensure successful deployments of their technology. The role involves working cross-functionally across Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of consulting or project management experience, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently. Proficiency in both English and German is a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant or project management role.
• Strong project management skills and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing over 20 implementations/projects at a time.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers.
• Lead solution workshops for business process.
• Run training sessions and guide customers through change management processes.
