Job summary

University of Bath is seeking an Admissions Selector (Undergraduate) to join the Undergraduate Admissions Team. You will own a portfolio of courses and provide an outstanding applicant experience throughout the UCAS process.

You will assess applications, make offers or unsuccessful decisions, check colleagues’ decisions and confirm fee statuses. The role requires strong IT and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy team.

Qualifications

• Background in administration and customer service.
• Ideally experience in higher education admissions.
• Strong IT and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of courses and provide an outstanding applicant experience through the UCAS process.
• Assess UCAS applications and make offers or unsuccessful decisions.
• Check decisions made by others and assess fee status of applicants.
• Represent the Admissions Team at recruitment events when required.
