• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of applications data in systems shared with colleges, departments and UCAS
• Handle day‑to‑day user queries from basic FAQs to more technical issues
• Liaise with UCAS and other universities, updating colleges and departments on key issues in admissions
• Lead internal meetings and contribute to projects such as admissions tests, statistics, and the online Admissions Handbook
