Job summary

Leigh Academy Rainham is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive learning community. You will work directly with students, providing tailored support to help them access learning and reach their full potential.

In this permanent role, 35 hours per week during term time plus 1 week inset, salary £21,167–£22,575 depending on experience. Hours are 8:30am–4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch; flexible hours (9am–3pm) may be considered.

• Supports students to access learning and overcome barriers.
• Works in classroom, small groups and delivers targeted interventions.
• Engages with colleagues to support a nurturing, inclusive environment.
