Job summary
Leigh Academy Milestone is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join our SEN team, supporting children with learning difficulties. This permanent role offers the chance to make a real difference in a supportive environment.
The post is 31.75 hours per week (term time + 1 week inset) with a salary of £18,552 to £19,825 per year. Applicants should have GCSEs in English and maths and experience working with young people.
Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths required.
- Experience working with young people preferred.
- Enthusiasm, focus and resilience are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and medical needs.
- Support students in swimming, PE and outdoor activities.
- Contribute to SEN team and classroom activities.
