Job summary

Leigh Academy Rainham is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive learning community. You will work directly with students, providing tailored support to help them access learning and reach their full potential.

In this permanent role, 35 hours per week during term time plus 1 week inset, salary £21,167–£22,575 depending on experience. Hours are 8:30am–4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch; flexible hours (9am–3pm) may be considered.

This is a permanent opportunity, working 35 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset with an actual salary of £21,167 - £22,575 per annum (£26,016 - £27,747 full time equivalent), based on experience. Working hours are 8.30am - 4.00pm (Mon-Fri) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. Please be aware that we can be flexible with regards to the hours and can consider those interested in 9am - 3pm.
