Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, autism and behavioural needs.
• Experience in mainstream or SEND settings.
• Proven ability to support learning and emotional regulation.
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access learning.
• Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour management.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENDCos and pastoral staff.
• Help build positive relationships in the school environment.
