Job summary

Elysium Health care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Dane House in Brighton. You will assist people with learning disabilities or autism, helping them on their recovery journey with compassionate care in a rewarding environment.

Shifts are 37.5 hours per week on a rota from 7am to 10pm, including every other weekend, with ongoing training and wellbeing benefits to support your career growth and personal development.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care settings is desirable.
• Able to analyse behaviours and adapt care accordingly.
• Careful with patient records and personal hygiene tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ward rounds and monitor residents' health needs.
• Analyse behaviours and adjust care plans with the team.
• Update patient records accurately and timely.
• Provide care and support including personal hygiene when needed.
• Work as part of an inclusive, compassionate team.
