Elysium Healthcare is hiring a Support Worker at 1a Upper Brighton Road House in Surbiton, Surrey. You will join a supportive team helping residents with Mental Health conditions, delivering personal care and daily support in a nine-bed home.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with shifts 7am–10pm, including every other weekend. Elysium offers a wide range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Providing care to people with Mental Health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall care and support, including assistance with personal hygiene.
• Work as part of an inclusive team to support residents in their recovery pathway.
• Maintain a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance to support residents.
