Job summary

Westward Housing Group in Exeter is seeking a confident Support Worker to join the supported housing team. The role involves visiting and supporting individuals across properties, with hours 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 22.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide support planning and risk assessments.
• Liaise with Community Mental Health Teams and other agencies.
• Assist with basic housing management and tenancy support.
• Visit and support individuals at multiple properties within Exeter and surrounding areas.
• Support customers to maintain homes and move toward independent living.
