Job summary

Westward Housing Group is recruiting a Housing Worker for Lords Place and Dragons Tail in Paignton. This part-time role (15 hours per week) is permanent and offers a pro-rated schedule to support customers within our housing management team.

You will deliver high-quality, one-to-one housing support, help tenants maintain their accommodation, and contribute to tenancy management. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience or passion to work within Supported Housing.
• Committed to safeguarding vulnerable adults.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to help tenants with rent arrears and voids.
• Support tenancy and licence management and move on for customers.
• Ensure customers are informed about services and opportunities.
• Identify and act on safeguarding concerns.
