Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking Student Re-Engagement Mentors to support mainstream secondary schools across Central and South Bristol, helping students who have become disconnected from learning.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring, support attendance and motivation, and work with teachers and pastoral teams to rebuild confidence and engagement. Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage disengaged students.
