Randstad Student Support seeks a Youth Engagement Mentor to support students in Bury and surrounding areas. You will work one-on-one with learners who are persistently absent or excluded, including those with SEND or SEMH, helping them re-engage with education and future pathways.

Your role centers on three pillars: Stability, Skill-building, and Advocacy. You will deliver trauma-informed 1:1 sessions, accompany students to interviews or placements, and collaborate with Social Care and CAMHS to

• Experience working with at-risk youth or SEND.
• Specific experience with ADHD, Autism, or ODD.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 sessions focusing on confidence and emotional regulation.
• Accompany students to interviews or placements to reduce anxiety.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams and support families.
