Qualifications

• SWE registration and an eligible social work qualification.
• Strong strengths-based practice and safeguarding awareness.
• Solid understanding of social work issues, legal frameworks and statutory duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals’ needs and available support.
• Manage a complex caseload and provide supervision and guidance on complex cases.
• Triages safeguarding referrals and makes informed decisions.
• Build positive, professional relationships with service users and colleagues.
