Qualifications

• Social Work qualification and SWE registration.
• Understanding of strengths-based practice.
• Knowledge of social work laws, policies and statutory duties.
• Commitment to professional values and compassionate practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and available support.
• Manage a complex caseload and provide supervision/advice on complex cases.
• Triages safeguarding referrals and makes informed decisions.
• Build positive, professional relationships with service users and colleagues.
