Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners across the UK. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching with flexible hours and CPD support.

We welcome qualified teachers with QTS/QTLS and experience in SEND/SEMH. This self-employed position offers meaningful work in a child-centered, impact-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualifications: QTS or QTLS required.
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Location: Based in the UK with right to work in the UK.
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online or hybrid tuition in Maths, English or Science for SEND/SEMH learners.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring for KS1–KS5.
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular feedback on progress.
• Contribute to raising education standards for young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
