Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners across the UK. You will deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid settings, while casting a trauma-informed lens over every session.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science teaching experience.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with right to work (remote/online allowed).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tutoring to learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons, provide regular progress feedback.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 as appropriate, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Contribute to inclusive, trauma-informed tutoring initiatives.
